Strawberry Spinach Salad

 
 
 

Ingredients

12 Cups Spinach

4 Tablespoons of red onion

2 Cups Strawberries

1 Cup Avocado

6 Tablespoons of dressing

16 oz. of Chicken

8 Tablespoons of walnuts

Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil with 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 onion, and chicken breasts.

  2. Combine spinach, onion, vinaigrette, and strawberries in a medium bowl.

  3. When the chicken is done, cut into small pieces and add to the bowl.

  4. Top with avocado and walnuts.
