Puré de coliflor con ajo

 
 
 

Ingredientes

1 coliflor mediano

1 cucharada de queso crema

1/2 taza de queso parmesano

1/2 cucharadita de ajo

1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra

1/2 cucharadita de cebolletas picadas

Instrucciones

  1. Ponga una olla de agua a hervir a fuego alto.

  2. Lave y corte el coliflor en trozos pequeños. Cocine en agua hirviendo por unos 5 minutos. Escurrir bien, no deje enfriar seque bien el coliflor cocido con toallas de papel.

  3. En un procesador de alimentos, haga puré el coliflor caliente con el queso crema, el queso parmesano, el ajo y la pimenta hasta que este casi suave.

  4. Adorne con cebolletas, y sirva caliente.
