Galletas de avena con chocolate

 
 
 

Ingredientes

1/2 taza de mantequilla

1/4 taza de azúcar marrón

1 huevo o substituto de huevo

1 cucharadita de vainilla

1-1/2 taza de harina integral

1/2 taza de avena

1/2 cucharadita de sal

1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio (baking soda)

1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear (baking powder)

1/2 taza de leche sin grasa

1/2 taza de chocolate semi dulce (semi-sweet chocolate chips)

Instrucciones

  1. Caliente el horno a 350°F.

  2. Bata la mantequilla y la azúcar hasta que se haga una crema.

  3. Agregue el huevo y la vainilla - siga batiendo hasta que quede suave.

  4. Agregue los ingredientes secos, alternandolos con la leche – bata hasta que se mezcle todo.

  5. Agregue los chocolates con un cucharon.

  6. Haga una bolita del tamaño de una cucharadita y pongala en la charola para hornear.

  7. Horneé de 15-20 minutos o hasta que se hayan dorado y estén crujientes.
