Ensalada de fresas y espinacas

 
 
 

Ingredientes

12 tazas de espinacas

4 cucharadas de cebolla roja finamente picada

2 tazas de fresas

1 taza de aguacate

6 cucharadas de aderezo

16 onzas. de pechuga de pollo

8 cucharadas de nueces

Instrucciones

  1. Ponga agua hervir con 2 dientes de ajo, 1/2 cebolla, y las pechugas de pollo.

  2. Combine la espinaca, la cebolla, la vinagreta, y las fresas en un tazón mediano.

  3. Cuando este listo el pollo, corte en pedazos pequeños y agregue al tazon.

  4. Agregue por encima el aguacate y las nueces.
