Pimientos Rellenos
 

Ingredientes

6 pimientos morrones, verde, rojo, amarillo o naranja

1 1/2 libras de carne molida magra

1 cebolla chica picada

2 dientes de ajo picados

1 lata de 8oz de puré de tomate sin sal 2

1 cucharadita de sal

1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra

1/2 cucharadita de chile pimiento

2 tazas de arroz integral cocido

3 cucharadas de perejil fresco picado

Instrucciones

  1. Precaliente el horno a 350F.

  2. Cortar la parte superior de los pimientos y quitar las semillas. Coloque en un molde para hornear.

  3. Hornee por 15 minutos para que los chiles se ablanden.

  4. Cocine la carne molida a fuego medio.

  5. Agregue la cebolla, el ajo y la lata de tomate. Cocine aproximadamente de 7 y 8 minutos.

  6. Retire la carne cocinada del fuego y agregue el resto de los ingredientes.

  7. Rellene los pimientos y cúbralos con papel aluminio y hornee por 25 minutos.
