Oatmeal & Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites

 
 
 

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 egg or egg substitute

1 tsp vanilla

1-1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 cup oatmeal

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup skim milk

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix butter and brown sugar, until it gets creamy.

  3. Add egg and vanilla, cream until light.

  4. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.

  5. Stir in chocolate chips.

  6. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto prepared cookie sheet.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown and crispy.
