Greek Salad

 
 
 

Ingredients

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or chopped oregano or teaspoon if dry

1 teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

6 Cups Romaine Lettuce

2 medium tomatoes, chopped

1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into small pieces

½ cup finely chopped red onion

½ cup black olives

½ cup feta cheese

Preparation

  1. Mix vinegar and oil in a deep bowl; incorporate dill (or oregano), arlic powder, and pepper.

  2. In another large bowl, mix the lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives and feta cheese.

  3. Mix well & Serve.
