Ingredientes

1/3 taza de vinagre de vino rojo

2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

1 cucharada de orégano fresco o 1 cucharadita si es secos

1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo

¼ cucharadita de pimienta negra molida

¼ cucharadita de sal

6 tazas de lechuga romana finamente picada

2 jitomates medianos y picados en pedazos pequeños

1 pepino mediano, pelado, cortado en pedazos pequeños

½ taza de cebolla roja cortada finamente

½ taza de aceitunas negras en rebanadas delgadas

½ taza de queso feta

Preparación

  1. En un tazón mezcle el vinagre, aceite, el orégano, polvo de ajo, y pimienta.

  2. En otro tazón combine la lechuga, los jitomates, pepinos, cebolla, aceitunas y el queso feta.

  3. Mezcle bien y sirve.
